PRE-ORDER POLICY
What is a pre-order?
You can get early access to next season's most wanted pieces before they sell out and since you are an early buyer, you can enjoy the discounted price before the product launches! Pre order means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse. Once you are ready to checkout, it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.
How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?
Waiting times vary from article to article. Usually, the estimated waiting time is of 30-40 working days from the date of publication of the item. Once the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days.
Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre-order item, It will be delivered separately from your other orders.
When a delay occurs and why?
The manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.
In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours from the purchase. From that moment on it won't be possible. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 24 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team.
Furthermore, if 45 working days have been exceeded, it is possible to request the cancellation of the pre-order item.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! simply head to the contact page and leave us the order number and the new shipping address before the order is dispatched. Once the order has shipped, it won't be possible to apply modifications.
What is the return policy for pre-orders?
We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, and allow returns for up to 14 days from the day you receive the order. Please note £5.50 will be deducted from your order to compensate the return label and refund processing fee.
